This transformative 28-day program will take you on a physical, emotional, and spiritual journey into the traditional Yogic way of life.

Our expert teachers are part of the global teaching community having taught all over Asia, The Middle East, and Europe- They will teach you the skills and discipline required to turn your love of Yoga into a successful, meaningful career, or to simply take your practice to the next level.

You will practice and learn how to teach the Yogic principles of Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, and Meditation- and connect to your inner nature through the study of the philosophical Yoga Vedanta texts.

Kunnumpara Madom is a beautiful yoga ashram overlooking the ocean and surrounded by lush greenery. Nestled within 26 acres of serene natural landscape, the ashram offers an ideal environment for authentic yogic living and spiritual growth.

The ashram is home to its own cows and an organic vegetable garden, providing fresh, wholesome ingredients for a nourishing yogic diet that helps purify both body and mind. A sacred temple within the campus houses the deity and hosts daily pujas, creating a vibrant spiritual atmosphere and spreading positive energy throughout the ashram and its surroundings.
