Every day practice of yoga accessible to all levels is a stepping stone towards a lifechanging, positive lifestyle.
Yoga postures are systematically designed to increase the strength, mobility, and vitality of the body as well as to bring in inner balance and harmonious thought pattern. there will be two sessions everyday
Meditation and Yoganidra
Guided practice of mindfulness, yoganidra & meditation bring in the inner peace which is the basis of every life experience. These might help manage stress, anxiety, and even blood pressure.
Self-care lifestyle Practices
The mind, body both are result of the intakes. The food we eat, the practices we follow, things we hear, see and experience are the intakes of mind. Once these are replaced with healthy and positivity. The body cells and thought patterns will gradually change into a better state.

Positive & healing companionshiops
A support group can provide you with a safe place to talk and process ideas and positive changes to life. Satsangs and discussions will bring in positivity and healing effects to your senses and mind.
Professional assist
There is experts from Yoga & Ayurveda with decades of experience. Each individual will be assessed with Yogic and Ayurvedic basis and personalized wellness suggestions will be given.

Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.
There will be Ayurvedic and yogic lifestyle practices taught and assisted by the expert. There are systematic practices in svasthavritha of Ayurveda to cleanse the senses and body

Ayurvedic home cooked food
We provide Ayurvedic food prepared in the retreat compound itself. there will be Morning herbal tea, breakfast, fruits and snacks for lunch and dinner. There will be an Ayurvedic cooking class included in the retreat.

Ayurvedic consultation will be provided in the retreat program and there will be the option to experience the authentic ayurvedic massage and wellness procedures
Peaceful, pleasant, and beautiful location
Our retreat will take place in the peaceful surroundings of a traditional Keralan homestay which is nestled amongst the forests of Wanayad-with panoramic views and quiet trails and paths closeby. Rooms are built in traditional Keralan style with an emphasis on simplicity. Single/double/triple rooms are available, all with attached western style bathrooms.

During our travels, we will be incorporating our Yoga practice where possible, as well as extending our practice beyond the mat through informative discussions on yoga, the traditional Indian lifestyle, Yogic philosophy, bhajans(singing and chanting of mantras and songs) observing a Yogic lifestyle- vegetarian diet, a modest dress code, as well as refraining from cigarettes, alcohol, and recreational drugs.

- Use of alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs are prohibited
- In case of physical ailments, the participant will be provided with proper medical support and accommodation
- N95 mask should be worn in all public places.
- The mode of communication is in English
- In case of cancelation 60 days before the program will get 100% of the advance payment(international transaction cost will be deducted).
- In case of cancelation within 60days before the program will get the refund of 50% from the advance payment (international transaction cost also will be deducted).
- In case of cancellation from institution regarding the pandemic situation, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded. (international transaction cost also will be deducted).
