10-DAY YOGA & VEDANTA LIFESTYLE IMMERSION

RETREAT

February 1st – 10th 2027

Location – Kunnumpara Ashram, Kovalam, India

From Practice to Presence: A Journey into the Self” Still the Body. Refine the Mind. Discover the Self

Most people come to yoga seeking health, peace, or balance. Traditional

Yoga and Vedanta invite us to go further: to inquire into the fundamental

question: “Who am I?” This 10-day immersion is designed as a progressive inward journey. Through traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation, yogic lifestyle, and systematic introduction and integration to Vedanta teachings, participants move from identification with the body and mind toward a deeper recognition of their essential nature. The retreat follows the classical path:

PreparationPurification ConcentrationInquiryRecognitionIntegration

·     Yoga prepares the body.

·     Pranayama refines the energy.

·     Meditation steadies the mind.

·     Vedanta reveals the Self.

·     Lifestyle practices support integration.

·     Sattvic food nourishes clarity.

Yoga becomes the preparation of the body and mind; Vedanta becomes the means for self-knowledge. The entire retreat is structured around the movement from the outer layers of experience toward the inner reality of pure awareness. Participants arrive focused on doing yoga; they leave with a deeper understanding of being—having experienced yoga not merely as exercise, but as a pathway to inner stillness, self-knowledge, and a more conscious way of living.
