Immerse yourself in a sacred ashram environment near the Arabian Sea while learning practical yogic tools for lasting wellness, balance, and inner peace

“From Root to Radiance —

10 Days of Traditional Yoga, Breath, Philosophy, and Farm-to-Table Living.”

Reach us seeking rest and direction; leave with a grounded body, balanced energy, a quieter mind, deeper self-understanding, and a practical yogic path to carry into everyday life. This retreat is based on the traditional yogic understanding of the Pancha Koshas (Five Sheaths of Human Existence):

1. Physical Body (Annamaya Kosha)

2. Energy Body (Pranamaya Kosha)

3. Mental-Emotional Body (Manomaya Kosha)

4. Wisdom Body(Vijnanamaya Kosha)

5. Bliss Body (Anandamaya Kosha)

Participants gradually

move from physical purification and grounding toward clarity, self-inquiry,

inner wisdom, and ultimately a direct experience of stillness and joy.
